“Which Mr. Bush?”
by Art Sadlier
October 15th, 2007

President Bush has said that he has a relationship with Jesus Christ and that he prays to God for guidance. There seems to be a serious contradiction between what Mr. Bush professes and how he responds to God's Word.

I am troubled about three areas where Mr. Bush is seriously out of line with God' Word.

During the first week of October, President Bush hosted the seventh Iftaar Dinner, the celebration that breaks the Muslim Fast of Ramadan.

Immediately after 9/11 Mr. Bush visited a Washington D.C. Mosque and proclaimed Islam a religion of peace.

But, the most troubling statement was a statement he recently made in an interview with Al Arabiya Television. The president said, "I believe in an Almighty God, and I believe that all the world, whether they be Muslim, Christian, or any other religion, prays to the same God that I pray to. After all, we all came from Abraham. I believe in that universality."

In this statement, I believe the President reveals he is spiritually darkened in his understanding of God's Word. Which god is he praying to and which god is answering His prayers?

A SECOND area in which Mr. Bush is acting in contradiction to God's Word is in the area of dividing the Land of Israel for the purpose of gaining peace, giving up Israel's Promised Land to the Sons of Ishmael.

The Word of God plainly states that the land now called Palestine has been promised by God to Israel forever. The Bible clearly teaches that Israel would be chastened by God and removed from her land for a long period of time. It also teaches that Israel would be returned to her land in the latter days, she would return and possess the land.

President Bush is praying to God for guidance. Why is it that God is telling him to do what God said in His Word was not to be done?

A THIRD area where Mr. Bush is in violation of the teaching of God's Word is in the area of seeking to establish a New World Order, which simply means a One World Government.

Mr. Bush's policy at every turn is a promotion of a New World Order, (World Government).

The New World Agenda has long been promising the removal of National borders, the removal of National currencies. Recently, on Larry King live, Vincinte Fox, former President of Mexico revealed that Mr. Bush had committed to replacing the U.S.Dollar with the Amero, a currency for all of the Americas, bringing the whole continent together into a Trade Union, a first step to a World Trade Union.

Mr. Bush has also failed to defend the U.S. Mexican Border, allowing 10-20 million illegal aliens to enter and remain in the U.S., this is in line with the new world agenda of removing national borders.

President Bush is the most powerful and influencial man in the world at this time, what he does in these three areas is of tremendous significance.

My question is, "How can he profess to have a relationship with Christ and claim to be getting direction from God, yet violate so seriously what god's Word states in such crucial areas?

I am not Anti American, I am Pro American. I believe America has been the most God blessed gentile nation in all of history. America has not only been blessed of God, but it has been a channel of God's Blessing to the world, especially in the propigation of the gospel.

All of that must not blind us to what is now happening in America. America, as a nation, has turned her back on God. She, like Sodom and Gomorrah, has plunged into wickedness and disobedience to God. America stands in danger of the awful judgment of God, are President Bush's policies hastening that judgment?
